What are you delivery rates?

Royal Mail Second class is a flat rate of £2.00. Royal Mail First Class is a flat rate of £3.95.

 

What delivery method do you use?

In the UK we use Royal Mail with a choice of First or Second Class.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via debit or credit card through Sage Pay. 

 

What if my order is a gift?

Please contact us if you wish to place a gift order. We will include a hand written card and no pricing information. Gift wrapping is available at £3.95.

 

When will you debit my account?

We debit your account when you place your order.

 

Do you sell wholesale?

What do I do if I want to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within seven working days of receiving the goods. In the event of a cancellation, the customer must take reasonable care to return the goods in a timely fashion, unopened and in a reasonable condition and is responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We will refund you for the cancelled goods (including original delivery charge) as soon as possible.

 

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Items must be returned in the unopened condition in which they were sent. Please include your name and order number.

If the product has not arrived in a satisfactory condition please contact us within 7 working days.

 

If I do not receive my order what do I do?

If you do not receive you order after 2 weeks, please contact us.
